I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. My room was perfectly clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The staff delivered requested items like an iron and extra water very quickly. I liked that they always seemed polite and helpful.

The air conditioning system was a bit strange to adjust, relative to the outside temperature.

inadequate airflowrude manager

The air conditioning was just strange. i could adjust it, but the room remained quite warm. the placement of the ac unit near the window with closed curtains meant minimal airflow. also, the rooftop bar had a manager that was just plain rude. He moved us from a table with a view because we were only two people. it.
